Julia is a children's book illustrator and a storyteller. Born in Seoul, South Korea she now lives in Boston Massachusetts. Her works are mostly about herself and her own experiences. Her works are done with pen and ink with mixed media and etching on copper plate.
Her first written and illustrated children's book was published in South Korea. Her works were featured in ‘New York Korea Times’ [2019, July. New York, New York] news and interviewed in an illustration magazine ‘lLLUST’ [2018, Seoul, Korea]. She collaborated with Papercrown Goods, Hyundai Department store, for limited edition gift boxes.
